Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes!

Hey everyone!

OHMRVA is growing and changing!

As of today, I will no longer be taking on any new students for in-home music lessons. I will only be available for teaching at my studio location and online.

This decision doesn’t come lightly; I’m trying to prioritize my teaching time over my traveling time. It is also safer and healthier for me to drive less and with recent gas prices rising, I hope this will provide more financial sustainability for my family.

I will continue teaching in-home lessons to current students.

I have also decided to stop accepting students under the age of 8 years old. This helps me focus on the age groups that I excel at teaching naturally, and prioritize my talents and skills for those relevant age groups. Although I enjoy teaching the younger students, I ultimately want to work with committed and passionate students who have a reverence for music and creative expression.

Thank you all so much for your support and help throughout my career here as a private music teacher in Richmond, VA! I couldn’t do it without you all!
